一、 入境前准备材料：

12. Medical Insurance（Medical insurance premiumsshould be paid by the student before entering China, or within 24 hours after entering China if he/she hasn't purchased it yet.

二、入学报到流程：Procedures for Registration
1. 提前10天发邮件告知具体航班信息和到校时间please send your ticket info to liuxuekeda@163.com（收集材料collecting info-Student Affairs Management Office，联系学生Contact students-Student Counselor, 临住准备preparation for accommodation registration-Accommodation Management Office）
2. 到校后，与辅导员建立联系When arriving at campus, please contact students counselor initially（Student Counselor）
3. 入住宿舍，并24小时内办理临住登记。可以将护照信息页，签证页，入境章页扫描成PDF格式发给老师。
3. Moving into your room and finish accommodation registration within 24 hours.（You can scan the passport information page, visa page, and entry stamp page and send them to your teacher in PDF format. In 24 hours when you move into campus）
4. 入境后5天内在指定地点进行体检。河北国际旅行卫生保健中心:石家庄正定新区阳光路35号中国海关大厦。
乘坐出租车或乘坐地铁1号线（往福泽方向）到商务中心站下车，D出站口沿新城大街北行320米，左转进入阳光路西行200米。电话：0311－66015100；体检报告可由快递公司进行邮寄业务。
4. A medical examination will be conducted at a designated place within five days of entry.
Hebei International Travel Health Care Center ,Address: China Customs Building, 35 Yangguang Road, Zhengding New District, Shijiazhuang.
Take a taxi or subway Line 1 (toward Fuze) to the Business Center station, exit D along Xincheng Street north for 320 meters, turn left into Yangguang Road west for 200 meters. Tel: 0311-66015100; The medical examination report can be sent by Courier company.
入境后15天内缴纳学费住宿费等。方式见：河北科技大学国际教育学院留学生缴费退费管理规定
5.Pay the registration fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee within 15 days of their entry into China (based on the time of financial receipt). Way: School of International Education HEBUST Expense Regulations for International Students.
6. 交报到材料，please hand in the following docs to Student Affairs Management Office办公室，材料清单如下：
(1)护照、签证（含最近入境章页）原件及复印件（境内学生需提供有效居留许可）；
Passport, visa (Including the oval-shaped stamp with the time of entry) the original and photocopy; (students in China are required to provide valid residence permits);
(2)最高学历证书原件及复印件、成绩单原件及复印件；
The highest educational certificate (the original and photocopy) and transcript (the original and photocopy);
(3)
录取通知书原件及复印件；
Admission Notice (the original and photocopy);
(4) JW201 或 JW202 表；Form JW201 or Form JW202;
(5) 体格检查表原件及复印件
Physical Examination Record(the original and photocopy);
7. 准备上课事宜，分发课表be ready for courses and get your course schedule（Teaching Affairs Management Office）
8. 新生班会class meeting for new students（Student Counselor）
注意事项：
1、不能如期报到的新生，取消其入学资格。每学期留学生须到国际教育学院报到，未按时报到者，必须履行请假手续，逾期两周者，按自动退学处理。逾期一个月不缴纳费用的，学院劝其退学。
Freshmen who fail to register as scheduled shall be disqualified for admission. International students must register at the School of International Education every semester. Those who fail to register on time must go through the formalities of asking for leave and those who fail to register two weeks later will be regarded as automatic withdrawal. If the student fails to pay the fee one month overdue, the university will force him/her to quit.
2、报到和注册需本人持以上材料至指定地点现场办理。未请假逾期未办理以上手续者视为自动放弃。
International students are required to register on-site in person. Students who are unable to complete the registration procedures before the due date shall be deemed to have automatically given up their qualification for admission.
3、报到和注册前需缴清相应费用（以实际到账为准），未缴清的不予办理住宿登记、居留许可等手续，相应责任自行承担。
The corresponding fees must be paid in full before registration (subject to the actual receipt), otherwise the accommodation registration, the residence permit and other procedures will not be processed, and the corresponding responsibilities shall be borne by students themselves.
4、缴费可采用银行转账和在线缴纳两种方式，其中转账缴费的以银行回单为准，在线缴费的以网上缴费结果为准。缴费方式如下：
The payment can be made by bank transfer and online payment. The transfer payment should be made according to requirements on the Admission Notice; the cash payment should be completed in the Financial Office of the University, in person. And the ways of payments are as follows:

5、申请材料弄虚作假、徇私舞弊被录取或取得学籍者，一经查实取消其学籍。
Students who have been admitted or obtained student status through fraud or malpractice in their applications shall be reported to the relevant departments for investigation, once the malpractice is verified, the student concerned will be disqualified from the University.
6、其它入学报到和注册要求以当年录取通知书为准。
Other admission and registration requirements are subject to the Admission Notice of the current year
