一、收费标准：

I Fee Policy:

1、学费、住宿费、报名费收费标准以招生简章为准，简章未涉及的其它收 费项目以学院通知为准。

1.The policies of tuition fee, accommodation fee, and registration fee shall be subject torecruitment brochure, and other fees beyond the brochure shall be subject to the school notice.

2、医疗保险费需学生本人在入境前购买, 未购买的,在入境 24 小时内购买。购买方式：见《河北科技大学国际教育学院来华留学生医疗保险办理流程》。

2. Medical insurance premiumsshould be paid  by the student before entering China, or within 24 hours after entering China if he/she hasn't purchased it yet.

3、延长学制的相应费用须按学年缴纳，缩短学制提前毕业的须按额定学制缴纳学费，其他费用按照实际在校时间缴纳。

3. The relevant fees should be paid by students who extend their schooling by academic  year.  Students  who  graduate  early  must  pay  the  tuition  fee  as  rated

schooling system. other relevant fees should be paid according to the actual schooling time.

4、体检费：学生须在入境后5天内（居留许可需要延期的，到期前30天）在指定地点进行体检，费用需当场交纳。

4.Medical Examination Fee: Students are required to have a medical examination at a designated place within 5 days after entering the country (30 days before the expiry of the residence permit if  residence permit  needs to be extended), and the fee has to be paid on the spot.

Take a taxi or subway Line 1 (toward Fuze) to the Business Center station, exit D along Xincheng Street north for 320 meters, turn left into Yangguang Road west for 200 meters. Tel: 0311-66015100; The medical examination report can be sent by Courier company.

No drinking and no food before test , 2 photos. Please hand in the Physical Test Report to Students Affairs Management Office within one day.

5、居留许可费：办理时于公安出入境管理部门当场缴纳。

5.Residence Permit Fee: To be paid on the spot at the Public Security Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration at the time of application.

二、缴费程序：

II Payment Procedure:

1、学生缴费须在每学年开学完成（以财务到账时间为准），

新生初次入境时，须在入境15天内（以财务到账时间为准）缴纳学费、住宿费，未缴清相应费用的不予以办理居留许可、学籍注册等手续。

1. Please payat the start of each academic year.Upon initial entry into China,

new students are required to pay the tuition fee and accommodation fee within 15 days when arrive in campus (based on the time of financial receipt). Students who have not paid relevant fees will  not  be allowed to apply for residence permit and registration of academic status.

(2) 网上缴费方式。附网址：http://shoufei.hebust.edu.cn/login.aspx

(2) Online payment。Website：http://shoufei.hebust.edu.cn/login.aspx

username is you student ID；password is six zero.

注：缴费成功后，采用以下途径获得电子发票：在缴费界面左上角点击菜单－－已缴费记录－－查询－－长按账单保存到手机－－打印。

After successful payment, use the following ways to obtain the electronic invoice: click the menu in the upper left corner of the payment interface -- paid record -- refer -- long-press the bill to save to the mobile phone -- print.

三、退费程序：

III.Refund Procedure:

1、休学：手续办理完毕后，相应学费和住宿费顺延至下一学年。

1. Suspension: The tuition  fee  and accommodation fee of suspended students shall be postponed to the next academic year once the relevant procedures are completed.

2、转学：手续办理完毕后，相应学费和住宿费余额转账至下一学校对公账户。

2. Transfer: The tuition fee and accommodation fee of transfer students shall be transferred to a corporate account of the target institution once the relevant procedures are completed.

3、退学：手续办理完毕后，相应学费和住宿费余额退还至个人指定银行账户。学习时长不足两个月的退还 70%；两个月至一个学期的退还 50%；超过一 学期的不退费；短期班的不退费。

3. Withdrawal: The balance of the corresponding fees of withdrawal students shall be transferred to students’ designated account once the relevant procedures are completed. A 70% of the fees will be refunded if the study time is less than two months; 50% will be refunded if the study time is more than two months and less than a semester; no refund will be given if the study time is more than one semester; no refund will be given for short-term programs.

4、因私请假、外出实习、违纪劝退、开除学籍等所交全部费用不予退还；学期期间外出租房的，不退住宿费；报名费一律不予退还；保险费一律不退还、不顺延。

4. All fees are not refundable under the following circumstances: asking for leave for personal reasons, internship off campus， dismissal in violation of discipline and expulsion from academic status; The accommodation fee will not be refunded for those who rent out during the semester; registration fee is not refundable; insurance fee will not be refunded or postponed.

本办法由河北科技大学国际教育学院负责解释，自公布之日起执行。

The  Policy  shall  come  into  force  upon  promulgation,  and  the  School  of International Education of Hebei University of Science and Technology reserves the right of the interpretation.
