一、涉及在校留学生的签证证件分类

主要包括居留证件和停留证件两类。

1.居留类证件一年期。费用800元。

2.停留类证件一般有效期为7－10天。留学生出现违法违纪等问题需要责令退学或遣送回国时，紧急（加急）办理停留签证，办理一次费用为150元。

Two visa Classifications :

1. Residence permit for one year per application. It costs 800 yuan.

2. Short period Staying visa, valid for 7-10 days for those who are ordered to withdraw from school or to be deported because of violations of laws and disciplines, they can apply for a stay visa urgently (expedited), and the fee for one application is 150 yuan.

二、新生入学时居留许可有关要求。

新生报到须知。Registration Notice for Freshman -  International Students

A. 临住登记：来校报到24小时内，必须和学校老师取得联系，及时提供护照信息（个人信息页、签证页和入境时间章所在页）和机票（车票）信息，由老师协助办理公安局临住登记。

Do the local police registration within 24 hours when you arrive into campus with materials: passport information page, visa page, and entry stamp page and flight or train information to Shijiazhuang. ( you could send them to teacher in PDF format, and the teacher will help you to do the registration in 24 hours when you move into campus）

B、居留许可，学生本人须提供：materials are needed to apply the Residence Permit in the Exit and Entry Bureau.

1.护照复印件（含个人信息页、签证页和入境时间章所在页复印件各2张）；

2.个人2寸白底照片4张；

3.JW202表格电子版和复印件1张（提供扫描件备用，提醒本人将原表格扫描留存，学习期间每年使用一次）；

4.住宿费、学费、保险费（1年有效期）缴费发票；

5.指定医院体检报告原件及复印件。

6.中文版录取通知书一份。

3. one copy of JW202 Form, and the digital form, which must needed during the Residence Permit Application. Please keep the original piece well.

4. Tuition and Accommodation Fee Payment verification, and the Insurance(1 year validity) payment invoice.

5. Updated Physical examination report by Hebei International Travel Health Care Center.

6. Original and copy of the HEBUST Enrollment Admission Notice

C、学校提供：materials provided by University Office.

1.《外国人身份证证件申请表》；

2.申请公函；

3.住宿登记回执单。

1. Application Form.

2. Application Letter.

3. Local police station registration letter.

三、老生申请居留许可延期的有关要求。

毕业生一般申请至拟毕业时间（毕业年度7月底）。如果毕业生继续攻读本校硕士研究生，学院负责招生老师提前为其办理发放新的JW202表格，以确签证延期。如果报考其他学校硕士研究生时，原签证到期前必须离校，后续签证办理手续由所录取院校负责（友情建议：本人可以先回国，到新学校报到时再重新入境。如果学生本人不能回国，请提前联系录取院校办理签证。）

Graduates generally apply until the intended graduation time (the end of July of the graduation year).

Those who continue to study for a master's degree in HEBUST, the office of HEBUST will issue a new JW202 form in advance to confirm the Residence Permit extension.

Those who apply for a master's degree in other school, must leave the campus before the Residence Permit expiration date, and the subsequent visa procedures are assisted by the will-be new school.  (friendly advice: please contact the Residence Permit in advance to apply for a visa.)

老生申请居留许可延期时，提前30天提交以下文件。

Please provide the following documents to renew Residence Permit.

1.护照复印件（含个人信息页、居留许可页和最新一次入境时间章复印件各2张）；

2.JW202表格复印件1张；

3.住宿费、学费、保险费（1年有效期）缴费发票；

4.指定医院体检报告原件及复印件。

注：校外租房学生还须提供辖区派出所出具的《住宿登记回执单》。居留许可申请办结后，及时向警官递交新的居留许可页复印件1张，进行新的住宿登记。

Note: Off-campus rental students must also provide the "Accommodation Registration Letter" issued by the local police station. After the residence permit application is completed, submit a copy of the new residence permit page to the police officer in time to renew accommodation registration.

四、学费、住宿费网上缴费方式及体检医院地址

Tuition and Accommodation Fee Payment ways and health check Address.

1.Tuition and accommodation fee payment by: http://202.206.64.236/login.aspx?local=zh-cn；

username is you student ID；password is six zero.

注：缴费成功后，采用以下途径获得电子发票：在缴费界面左上角点击菜单－－已缴费记录－－查询－－长按账单保存到手机－－打印。

After successful payment, use the following ways to obtain the electronic invoice: click the menu in the upper left corner of the payment interface -- paid record -- refer -- long-press the bill to save to the mobile phone -- print.

2.Insurance purchase method:https://www.lxbx.net/login?rediret=/plan

注：个人护照、联系方式等信息发生变更时，可以使用旧护照登录，登录成功后在网上修改个人信息并保存。

3.体检指定医院：河北国际旅行卫生保健中心（石家庄海关口岸门诊部）

地址：石家庄正定新区阳光路35号中国海关大厦。

乘坐出租车或乘坐地铁1号线（往福泽方向）到商务中心站下车，D出站口沿新城大街北行320米，左转进入阳光路西行200米。电话：0311－66015100；体检报告可由快递公司进行邮寄业务。

Hebei International Travel Health Care Center ,Address: China Customs Building, 35 Yangguang Road, Zhengding New District, Shijiazhuang.

Take a taxi or subway Line 1 (toward Fuze) to the Business Center station, exit D along Xincheng Street north for 320 meters, turn left into Yangguang Road west for 200 meters. Tel: 0311-66015100; The medical examination report can be sent by Courier company.
