为维护安全、积极的学习氛围，并确保学生顺利完成学业，国际教育学院根据中华人民共和国相关法律法规及学校规定，特制定本安全承诺书。

To maintain a safe and positive study atmosphere and to ensure students successfully complete their academic study, the School of International Education draws up the following commitment of safety in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the university.

一、学生必须遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规及学校规定，不得从事危害国家安全的行为或参与任何不当活动。

Students must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the university, and should not engage in behaviours that endanger national security or participate in any inappropriate activities.

二、不得在任何场合以任何形式发表攻击中国政府及其政策、法律的言论，或干涉中国内政。

Do not disseminate remarks that attack the Chinese government and its policies and laws in any setting or in any form, or interfere in China's internal affairs.

三、学生应尊重中国的传统和风俗习惯，不得在校园内进行传教活动或参加宗教集会。不得以任何形式从事传教活动或宗教宣传，也不得假借教学名义在学生中分发宗教书籍或材料。

Students should show respect to the traditions and customs of China and should not do missionary work on campus or participate in religious gatherings. Do not engage in missionary activities or religious propaganda in any form, nor distribute religious books or materials among students under the guise of teaching.

四、根据石家庄市公安局出入境管理局的相关规定，学生应在入境后24小时内前往该局办理住宿登记，并在30天内办理居留许可、居留延期等手续。留学生应注意其护照、签证、居留许可的有效期，并在证件到期前30天通知留学生管理办公室，否则因证件过期导致的处罚由学生自行承担。

According to the relevant provisions of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Shijiazhuang Public Security Bureau, students should go to the Bureau to register within 24 hours of entering China and manage residence permits, residence renewal, and extension requests within 30 days. Foreign Students should pay attention to the validity period of their passports, visas, residence permits, and inform the Office of International Student Management 30 days prior to the expiration date, otherwise, penalties caused by expired certificates shall be borne by the student.

五、学生未经许可严禁在校外租房、夜不归宿或留宿外人。学生须在晚上23:00前按时返回宿舍。如有特殊原因无法按时返回宿舍，应向辅导员请假并登记。

Students are strictly forbidden to rent a room off-campus without permission, stay out at night or stay in the dormitory with outsiders. Students are required to return to the dormitory on time before 23:00. If there are special reasons for not being able to return to the dormitory on time, they should ask for leave from the counselor and register.

六、留学生离开石家庄前，须向辅导员请假，并及时销假。

Before leaving Shijiazhuang, international students are required to request a leave of absence from their counselor and cancel it in a timely manner.

七、爱护学生公寓设施。禁止损坏、拆卸或改装宿舍楼内的设备和线路。爱护消防设施。如发现学生损坏此设备，将处以罚款用于维修。

Take care of the student apartment facilities. It is prohibited to damage, dismantle, or modify the equipment and wiring in the dormitory building. Take good care of the firefighting facilities. Students found damaging this equipment will be fined for the repair.

八、禁止在宿舍内使用电炉及其他大功率电器，不得使用明火设备。禁止存放易燃、易爆和有毒物质，学生应警惕火灾风险。

The use of electric and other high-power appliances in the dormitory is prohibited and students should not use open flame devices. Storage of flammable, explosive and toxic substances is prohibited, and students should be vigilant to fire risks.

九、离开宿舍前请锁好门窗；勿将房间钥匙交予他人，以防被盗。

Please lock the doors and windows before leaving the dormitory; do not give others the room key to avoid it being stolen.

十、学生公寓内严禁大声播放音乐或扰乱他人。

It is strictly forbidden in the student apartment to play loud music or disturb others.

十一、请妥善保管钱包、手机、护照等个人物品。多余现金应存入银行账户。请勿将贵重物品留在宿舍、图书馆及其他公共场所。

Please take good care of your wallet, cell phone, passport and other personal belongings. Excess cash should be deposited in a bank account. Do not keep valuables in dormitories, libraries, and other public places.

十二、保持教学楼、图书馆及其他学习区域的清洁。请勿大声喧哗、大声播放音乐、大声看电视，以免影响他人学习和休息。请勿在非吸烟区吸烟。

Keep the teaching buildings, library, and other learning areas clean. Do not speak loudly, play loud music, watch TV loudly, so not to disturb the people around you and to allow them to study and rest. Do not smoke in the non-smoking areas.

十三、禁止在禁放区域、大学校园或宿舍内燃放烟花爆竹。

Do not use fireworks in forbidden areas, the university campus, or dormitories.

十四、请到银行兑换货币，切勿在商店或其他任何地方兑换货币。在非正规经营场所兑换货币是违法行为。

Please go to the bank to exchange money, do not exchange money in shops or any other place. It is illegal to exchange money at an informal business place.

十五、请仅使用合法的出租车公司，勿乘坐"黑车"。

Please only use legitimate taxi companies and do not use "illegal cars".

十六、学生不得驾驶汽车、摩托车或电动自行车。若发生此类事件，一切后果由学生承担。

Students are not allowed to drive cars, motorcycles or electric bicycles. In such an event, all consequences shall be borne by the student.

十七、严禁在江河、湖泊、水库等非指定游泳场所游泳，或前往自然条件危险的地方。

It is strictly prohibited to swim in rivers, lakes, reservoirs and other unauthorized swimming places, or visit places with dangerous natural conditions.

十八、严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴及其他干扰学校教学、科研和正常生活秩序的行为。

It is strictly prohibited to gamble, drink, fight and any other behaviours interfering with school teaching, scientific research and orderly life.

十九、严禁从事卖淫嫖娼、吸毒、贩毒等违法犯罪活动。

It is strictly prohibited to engage in prostitution or whoring, drugs, drug dealing and other illegal and criminal activities.

二十、严禁从事任何商业性或非商业性的雇佣活动。不得在校外工作，例如参与商业活动或非法工作。若发生此类事件，一切后果由学生承担。

It is strictly prohibited to engage in any commercial or non-commercial activity of employment. It is not allowed to work outside, such as participating in business activities or working illegally. In such an event, all consequences shall be borne by the student.

二十一、在我校学习期满后，学生应根据其移民要求返回本国。未按时回国所引发的一切后果由学生承担。

At the end of the study in our school, students should return to their country based on their immigration requirements. Any consequences arising from not returning on time shall be borne by the student.

二十二、本规定中未涉及的有关学生安全管理事项，参照国家相关法律法规及学校规章制度执行。

Any matters not covered in these regulations regarding student safety management shall be carried out with reference to relevant national laws and regulations and school rules and regulations.

二十三、国际教育学院负责对本规定进行解释。

The School of International Education is responsible for the interpretation of these regulations.

二十四、如有违反上述协议者，我校有权开除其学籍，并上报石家庄市公安局出入境管理局，注销其居留许可。由此产生的一切费用和责任均由学生本人承担。

If there are any violations of the above agreement, our university has the right to expel the student and report them to the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Shijiazhuang Public Security Bureau and cancel their residence permit. All costs and responsibilities arising shall be the responsibility of the student themselves.
