1. 新护照申请Steps for new passport:

请于护照到期前8-12个月联系本国大使馆和留学生学生管理办公室申请办理新护照事宜，并按照以下步骤完成新护照手续。

please contact your embassy in China and Student Management Office 8-12 months before your passport expires. And please finish the following steps on time.

(1) 请询问或告知大使馆以下信息：

Please ask and tell the embassy the following info:

a. 你的签证状态your visa status

b. 你是否需要前往大使馆do you have to go to the Embassy in China

c. 你需要准备哪些材料并自行准备好what documents that you should prepare and then prepare all

d. 收到新护照后，请联系大使馆出据一份证明，内容包含以下的表述：某国驻华大使馆于XXXX年X月X日将新护照寄给你。并在证明上盖章。

after you receive your new passport, please ask the embassy to give you a Confirmation Letter as follows:  XXX embassy sends you new passport on the date:XX,XX,XXXX and stamp on it(very very important).

请于收到新护照24小时内将护照, 快递袋和先关证明材料交至学生管理办公室。用于办理24小时内临住登记，10内更新居留许可。

please hand in new passport， the express bag and the concerned certification documents to Students Affairs Management Office within 24 hours when you receive them from embassy, for renew local police station registration in 24 hours, and for renew Residence Permit in 10 days.

提示：因未及时告知学生管理办公室相关信息并按时完成上述步骤，造成的后果，由学生自行承担。

NOTICE: Students would take all consequences if you are unable to finish the above steps on time.

2. 居留许可延期Residence Permit Renewal

a. 请于居留许可到期前40天联系学生管理办公室并提交相关材料

Time：Please contact Students Affairs Management Office 40 days ahead and hand in all required documents.

1.护照复印件（含个人信息页、居留许可页和最新一次入境时间章复印件各2张）；

2.JW202表格复印件1张；

3.住宿费、学费、保险费（1年有效期）缴费发票；

4.指定医院体检报告原件及复印件。

注：校外租房学生还须提供辖区派出所出具的《住宿登记回执单》。居留许可申请办结后，及时向警官递交新的居留许可页复印件1张，进行新的住宿登记。

1. two copies of your passport, including information page, visa page, and updated entry stamp page.

2. one copy of JW202 Form.

3. Tuition and Accommodation Fee Payment verification, and the Insurance(1 year validity) payment invoice.

4. Updated Physical examination report by Hebei International Travel.
