第一部分课程及考核管理

PartOneCourse and Assessment

1.留学生应当按照学院教育教学计划的要求攻读课程(包括各种教育教学环节),并达到相应的学分要求。

1. International students are required to adhere to the school’s education and teaching plan, including various educational and teaching components, in order to fulfill the corresponding credit requirements.

2.课程考试前学生必须取得该课程的考试资格。学生有下列情况之一，不得参加该门课程(含实践性教学环节，如实验、实习、课程设计、毕业设计等)的考核，需重修：

(1)一学期缺课(包括病假、事假、旷课等)累计超过该课程本学期计划学时数的三分之一的；

(2)一学期缺交作业(实验报告)达三分之一的。

2.Students must obtain the qualification for the course examination before the course exam. Under any of the following circumstances, students are not allowed to participate in the assessmentof the course (including practical teaching components, such as experiment, internship, course design, graduation project, etc.), and need to retake the entire course:

(1) The total number of absences (including sick leave, personal affairs-related absence, and class skipping) exceeds one-third of the total number of class hours in a semester for that particular course;

(2) The number of assignments (experimental reports) not submitted surpasses one-third of all assigned tasks for that specific course.

3.学生必须严格遵守考试纪律。考试旷考、作弊者，该课程成绩记为无效。对考试作弊者，依据学校相关规定给予相应的纪律处分。

3.Students are required to strictly adhere to the examination regulations. Failure to participate in the exam or engaging in cheating will result in an invalid course grade. Students found guilty of cheating during the examination will be subjected to disciplinary actions as per the school’s regulations.

4.初修考核不合格的必修课程、学位课程中的理论课程，学校给予学生一次补考机会，补考于每学期开学初进行，每门课程只能参加一次补考，补考后仍不及格的必须重修；实验、实习、课程设计、毕业设计(论文)等实践环节不设补考，必须重修。选修课程不设补考，可以重修，也可改选其他课程。旷考课程和考试作弊的课程必须重修，不得参加补考。

4. Students who fail the initial examination for compulsory courses or theoretical courses in degree programs will be given one chance to take a make-up exam by the school. The make-up exam will be held at the beginning of each semester. Each course can only be taken once. Those who fail the make-up examination must retake the course. Practical courses such as experiments, internships, course design, and graduation projects (theses) do not have make-up exams and must be retaken. Elective courses do not have make-up exams and can be retaken or replaced with other courses. Students who miss the exam without any reasons or cheat on the exam must retake the course and are not eligible for the make-up exam.

5.学校实行以学分衡量学生学业完成状况的教学管理制度。学生按要求学习课程并参加课程的学习，按时参加考核，课程成绩达到60分、及格或合格及以上即获得该课程的学分。学校采用平均学分绩点(GPA)来衡量学生的学习质量。

5. The school implements a teaching management system that assesses student’academic performance based on credits. Students are required to study the course and actively engage in its academic activities. They must also participate in assessments punctually, and will be awarded credits for the course if they achieve a minimum score of 60 points or higher.The grade point average (GPA) is used to measure the quality of a student’s learning.

6.补考合格及以上者，其课程成绩按补考实际成绩记载，其学分绩点按课程成绩相应绩点的85%计算。重修课程的成绩、学分绩点按实际成绩记载。

6. The course scores of those who pass the make-up examination shall be recorded based on their actual scores in the make-up examination, and their grade points shall be calculated as 85% of the corresponding grade points derived from their course scores. The scores and grade points for retaking courses are recorded based on the actual scores.

7. 每学期成绩录入结束后即可登录留学生管理系统查看成绩。如对本学期成绩有异议，每学期开学后一周内可申请对上一学期课程成绩进行复查。

7.Students can log in to the International Students Online Application System  to check their scores after the recording of their scores in each semester. If students have any objection to the grades of this semester, they can apply for a review of the grades of the previous semester within one week after the beginning of each semester.

第三部分毕业与学位

Part Three  Graduation and Degree

8. 具有学籍的学生，在学校规定的学习年限内，修完学校教育教学计划规定的内容，成绩合格，取得规定学分，准予毕业，发给毕业证书，符合学校规定的学士授予条件的授予学士学位。

8.Graduation certificates will be issued to students who have maintained satisfactory academic records, completed the curriculum outlined in the school’s educational and teaching plan within the designated study period, achieved satisfactory grades, obtained the required credits, and fulfilled all graduation requirements. Students who meet the criteria set by the school for conferring a bachelor’s degree will be awarded a bachelor’s degree.

9.我校的来华留学本科毕业生，同时具备下列条件者，可授予学士学位：

（1）完成教学计划的各项要求，经审核准予毕业，其学位课程成绩的平均学分绩点在1.80及以上；

（2）已较好地掌握本学科的基础理论、专门知识和基本技能，具有从事科学研究工作或担负专门技术工作的初步能力，毕业论文（毕业设计）成绩在及格及以上。

9.Graduates of the university who have completed the undergraduate program for international students and meet the following conditions may be awarded a bachelor’s degree:

(1) Have fulfilled all the requirements of the curriculum, have been approved for graduation, and have an grade point average of 1.80 or above in the degree course;

(2) Have mastered the basic theories, specialized knowledge, and basic skills of their major to a good degree, have the initial ability to engage in scientific research or specialized technical work, and have a passing or above grade in their graduation thesis (design).

10.硕士学位申请人，在学校规定的学习年限内，满足学校规定的课程学习及学位论文要求，达到所在学科专业的硕士学位授予标准，可申请授予硕士学位。

10. Students who apply fora master’s degree shall meet the requirements for course study and dissertation provided by the university and meet the standards for the award of a master’s degree in their discipline within the period of study prescribed by the University.

11.以中文为授课语言的来华留学本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生毕业时汉语水平应达到HSK五级水平。以外语为专业授课语言的来华留学生毕业时，本科生汉语水平应达到HSK四级水平，硕士研究生和博士研究生汉语水平应达到HSK三级水平。

11. Undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students who take Chinese as the language of instruction should have a Chinese proficiency of HSK Level 5 upon graduation. Students who take foreign languages as their professional teaching language should graduate with HSK Level 4 for undergraduate students and HSK level 3 for master’s and doctoral students.
