一、临时住宿登记基本要求

Requirements for local police station registration

1.留学生在持有效证件入境来校报到时，必须和学校老师取得联系，及时提供护照信息（个人信息页、签证页和入境时间章所在页）和机票（车票）信息，由学校老师在到校后24小时内到派出所进行临时住宿登记。

Do the local police registration within 24 hours when you arrive into campus with materials: passport information page, visa page, and entry stamp page and flight or train information to Shijiazhuang. ( you could send them to teacher in PDF format, and the teacher will help you to do the registration in 24 hours when you move into campus）

2.留学生在离开学校必须向辅导员老师请假，得到批准履行请假手续后才能离开，提供个人行程信息（机票或车票），更改行程、更换航班或车次要及时报告。负责老师要在离开后24小时内进行住宿登记的注销。返回后24小时内重新登记。

please ask for leave from counselors and teachers if you have to leave Shijiazhuang city, and can only leave after getting approval to perform the leave procedures. Please provide personal itinerary information (air ticket or train ticket), and report any change of itinerary  in time. The teacher will cancel the registration within 24 hours after your departure. Re-register within 24 hours when you return.

二、校外租房或返校宿住宿有关要求。

Requirement for off-campus rental

（一）校外租房 off-campus rental

1.个人向辅导员老师申请。校外租房须有正当理由，须租房一年以上。

2.得到批准后填写《校外住宿安全协议》。

3.通过正规中介寻找合适房源。原则上要寻找距离较近、交通便捷、设施齐全的房屋。

4.签订《租房合同》，取得房主的身份证复印件或扫描件。

5.带上安全协议和租房合同、个人护照到辖区派出所进行临时住宿登记，和辖区警官取得联系。

6.搬家离开学校宿舍，一次性搬完个人物品，交回宿舍钥匙。

7.报告老师，解除宿舍门禁出入权限。

8.遵守中国法律和社区管理规定，避免扰民。

9.离开或返回住地及时向警官报备。在离境或入境时必须报告，在离开或返回时24小时内进行住宿登记的变更。

1. Apply to counselor personally with reasonable reason, and the rent period must be over one year if get agreed.

2. Fill in the Off-campus Accommodation Safety Agreement after approval.

3. The rent apartment must be suitable to live through a formal agent. In principle, it should be near to campus, convenient and well-equipped.

4. Sign the Rental Contract and obtain a copy or scan of the owner's ID card, which must be sent to teacher.

5. Take the security agreement, rental contract and personal passport to the local police station for registration, and keep in touch with the local police officers.

6. Bring all personal belongings when leave campus, and return the dormitory key to teacher.

7. Report to the teacher and cancel the campus dormitory access permission.

8. Comply with Chinese laws and community management regulations, and  get along well with neighbor.

9. Report to the police officer when you leave Shijiazhuang city, and do the new registration in 24 hours when you return.

（二）返校住宿 Return to live in campus

1.租房合同到期前1个月申请。

2.得到批准后，须和空床位房间当事人沟通协调。

3.结清出租费用后，搬家到宿舍，个人物品要及时处理或处置，不能搬回太多物品。

4.开通宿舍出入门禁权限。

1. Apply one month before the rental contract expires.

2. After being approved, communicate and coordinate with the will-be roommates.

3. After settling the rental fee, move to the dormitory, personal belongings should be handled or disposed of in time, and too many items can not be moved back.

4. Report to teacher, and open campus dormitory access permission.
