Regulations for International Students Apartment Management School of International Education HEBUST
1.留学生入住留学生公寓前,须提供录取通知书、个人护照及复印件，未经允许不得私自调换宿舍。
1.Students must provide the admission letter, personal passport and photocopy, , and do not change rooms without permission.
2.进入宿舍请及时按照《留学生公寓物品清单及价目表》清点房间内物品，如有缺损请与留学生宿舍管理老师联系；退宿时发现缺损，照价赔偿。
2.After entering the dormitory, please check all objects in the room according to the "List of Items and Price List of International Students' Dormitory" immediately. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact the management teacher of the International Students' Dormitory. Otherwise, if any damage is found when you check out, you will be liable according to the price.
3.公寓内物品发现有自然损坏，及时报告留学生公寓管理办公室修理更换。

4.入住留学公寓后，需遵守中国的法律、法规及学校的规章制度，严禁留学生在宿舍内进行传教、政治活动及宗教聚会等。

5.自觉践行社会文明公约和公序良俗，配合管理人员做好管理服务，保持宿舍内整洁、有序和舒适。

6.每晚请于23：00前返回公寓，不得在外过夜。有特殊原因需外出的应向辅导员请假、签署假条并登记。
6.It is strictly forbidden for students to stay off campus overnight. Please return to the apartment before 23:00 every night. If there are special reasons they cannot, they should ask the counselor for permission to leave, register, and complete sign the application.
7.留学生公寓内严禁大声喧哗、聚会酗酒、高声播放音乐，以免影响他人休息。
7. Loud noises, drinking, and loud music are strictly prohibited in the International Students' Apartment, so as not to disturb others' rest.
8.不得在宿舍内存放大额现金及贵重物品。如因个人原因（如离开前没有关闭电源、门窗等）造成的个人财产及公寓内财物的损失，由本人负责。
8.Students are not allowed to leave large amounts of cash and valuables in the dormitory, and should responsible for the loss of personal property and property in the apartment caused by personal reasons (such as not turning off the power supply, doors and windows, etc. before leaving).
9.宿舍内禁止使用电磁炉、电暖气等大功率电器，如有发现，没收电器并予以警告，态度恶劣或屡教不改者取消奖学金评比资格；室内不得使用明火器具，禁止存放易燃、易爆、有毒物品和管制刀具。因个人违规用电、用火行为引起的人身伤害和财产损失，由本人负责，学校概不承担责任。
9.The use of high-power electrical appliances such as induction cookers and electric heaters is prohibited in the student dormitory. If the teacher finds out, the electrical appliances will be confiscated and a warning will be given. Fire appliances shall not be used indoors, and flammable, explosive, toxic substances and controlled knives shall not be stored. Personal injury and property damage caused by illegal use of electricity and fire by individuals shall be the responsibility of the students themselves, and the school shall not be held responsible.
10.注意消防安全，禁止损坏、拆卸、改装宿舍楼内设备和线路，爱护消防设施。
10.Pay attention to fire safety. It is forbidden to damage, dismantle, or modify the equipment and lines in the dormitory building, and take care of firefighting facilities.
11.离开宿舍要锁好门、窗，不要将房间钥匙或防盗门感应卡交给他人，进出公寓要确认锁好防盗门。
11.Make sure the doors and windows are locked when leaving the room and do not give the room key and access card to others.
12.请勿在公寓房间内乱涂乱写，禁止在墙上装订任何东西，违者将酌情处以500元以下的罚款。

13.严禁在留学生公寓内饲养宠物。

14.不得在窗台外面摆放花盆等物品，严防高空坠物伤人。

15.如有任何有关住宿的问题请及时与留学生公寓管理办公室联系，共同为留学生创造良好的公寓住宿环境。
15.Contact the staff of the foreign student’s apartment management if there are any problems with accommodation . Please together create a harmonious environment for the apartment.
