2. Application Process

I. Download documents at http://english.hebust.edu.cn.: 1. Application Form,2. Guardian’s Guarantee Form,3. Health Examination Report, 4. Resume Form

II. Email the following documents to the International Student Management Office two months before the enrolment:

1. Application Form,2. Guardian’s Guarantee Form,3. Health Examination Report, 4. Resume Form, 5. the copy of graduation Certificate, 6. the academic transcript(duplicate), 7. No Criminal Record Certificate, 8. Certificate of Deposit, 9. Financial Guarantor Identity Certificate (copy), 10. ID-size Photo, 11. Recommendation Letters

Note: For bachelor degree program applicant, 2 recommendation letters from senior middle school teachers are needed. For master degree program applicants, 2 recommendation letters from collegeassociate professors or above are needed.

III. Upon receiving the documents mentioned above, the International Student Management Office will decide whether the applicants can be enrolled or not. Then the Admission Letter,and the Visa Application for Study in China Form(JW202) will be emailed to the applicants within two months after the application is approved.

4. Five ID-size Photos

Notes:

Tuition fee, accommodation fee,and insurance fee must be paid upon registration.

After one year of enrollment, students can participate in the evaluation of the school scholarship, which is based on the daily performance and academic performance of students. The level and amount of the scholarship are subject to the policies of the school.
