Teaching in HEBUST:
materials, document, infromation needed and process
一、办理来华工作许可通知所需材料和信息：
1.个人简历( 其中包括个人国外地址、电话、email；出生地，学历要求大学以来的教育经历，工作经历注明：国家、单位、时间、工作岗位、职务、任务。如果曾在中国工作过请写明时间、地点、单位、职务等，如果曾获得来华工作许可，请写明工作许可证号码，汉语水平）；
2. 工作资历证明（从事教学工作两年以上的经历证明，包括职位、工作时间、或是曾经做过的项目、证明联系人方式，需要原工作单位加盖公章或是负责人签字），取得教育类、语言类或师范类学士及以上学位的外国语言教学人员，获取的所在国教师资格证书或取得符合要求的国际语言教学证书的外国语言教学人员，可免除工作经历要求；3. 护照信息页扫面件；
4. 白底小二寸电子证件照片；
5. 最高学历学位证书扫面件；
6. 最高学历学位认证书扫描件和证明材料（经我驻外使、领馆或我国学历认证机构认证。）。说明：《取消外国公文书认证要求的公约》缔约国家无需出具认证书，需要出具：《海牙认证》。
7.无犯罪记录证明（由申请人所在国或经常居住地警察、安全、法院、公证机关等部门出具）；
8.无犯罪记录证明认证书扫面件和证明材料（我驻外使领馆认证，或是所在国驻华使领馆认证。经常居住地指申请人离开国籍国最后连续居住一年以上的国家或地区，不包括在中国境内）；说明：《取消外国公文书认证要求的公约》缔约国家无需出具认证书，需要出具：《海牙认证》
9. 列出所有曾授予你护照的国家以及护照号码,曾用名字；
10. 申请办理签证使领馆;
11. 体检记录扫面件(附);
12. 中英文版合同签字后的扫面件；
13. 如果有职业资格证书（如教师资格证），需要经我驻外使、领馆或我国学历认证机构认证；
说明：《取消外国公文书认证要求的公约》缔约国家无需出具认证书，需要出具：《海牙认证》。
14.婚否。
收到以上文件和信息后，将办理好来华工作许可通知，用于在中国使领馆办理工作签证。
I: Materials and information which are needed for foreign teacher’s Working Permit Notice application in China：
1. Resume / CV (including address，Tel and Email address ; place and country of birth; education experience should cover from college; Work experience information: country, unit, time, job post, position, task. The working time, add, company and position in China if you have ever worked in China; the Working Permit Number if you have ever been awarded the Working Permit when came to China to work; Chinese language level);
2. the scanned working experience certificate (the teaching experience for more than two years, including position, working period, or the project ever done, and including the contact person and information, and it need a seal from the former employer or the employer’s signature. For native speakers whose job is to teach foreign languages， those who have Education-related or Language-related Bachelor’s degree (or above), no teaching experience is required; for Certified teachers whose Bachelor’s degree is not related to the Education major, no teaching experience is required as well. If not, the applicant must have at least 2 years teaching experience.)
3. scanned copy of passport which should be clear;
4. recent digital full-face photo of ID size with white background;
5. the scanned copy of highest College Education degree Certificate/ diploma;
6. the scanned Authentication of highest education degree certificate/diploma authenticated by the Chinese embassies or consulates in your country，（or by your country’s embassy in China, or by education certification authority in China.）， along with all of the supporting materials.
Note: The contracting countries of the Convention on the Abolition of the Certification Requirements of Foreign Public Documents do not need to issue authentication, but “apostille” is needed.
7．The scanned Certificate of No Criminal Convictions by official offices in your country or in countries of Habitual residence for a long time. (Habitual residence for a long time means where you stay for more than one year outside of your country, of course not including in China.)
8. the scanned Authentication of Certificate of No Criminal Convictions by Chinese embassies in your country or by your country’s embassy in China, along with all of the supporting materials.
Note: The contracting countries of the Convention on the Abolition of the Certification Requirements of Foreign Public Documents do not need to issue a authentication, but “apostille” is needed.
9. please list all the countries which awarded you passport and passport number， and other former name you used before.
10. The country or city/place of Chinese embassies where you prefer to apply the Z (work) visa.
11. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION RECORD （attached）.
12. scanned copy of Contract (attached) with signature.
13. If you have Professional Certificates, for example Teaching Qualification Certificates, its Authentication by Chinese embassies is also needed.
Note: The contracting countries of the Convention on the Abolition of the Certification Requirements of Foreign Public Documents do not need to issue a authentication, but “apostille” is needed.
14. Married or not.
When the Work Permit Notice is ready, it will be emailed or messaged to the applicant for Z visa application in the Chinese embassy or consulate.
二、来华时携带下面材料：
1. 护照，2. 最高学历学位证书原件，以及其认证书和证明材料，3. 无犯罪记录证明，以及其认证书证明材料， 4. 工作资历证明；或教师资格证原件，以及教师资格证的认证书和证明材料（如果有资格证书的话）5. 八张白底小二寸照片6.体检记录。7. 所在国身份证，或驾照，或社保卡及其保险号、或纳税人识别证明及其号码，或个人报税识别证明及其号码，（该项为方便在中国开办银行账户用）
注：根据中国出入境管理法临住登记规定，1. 请告知来华时间和航班，以便安排住宿。入住后24小时办理临住登记。2. 入境后如果不能及时抵达石家庄，需要入住酒店或是非酒店的其他住处，请入境后24小时内办理临住登记，并保存好临住登记（可以拍照或复印），来石家庄的车票，用于在石家庄的临住登记。
II: Please bring the following materials when you come to China:
1. Passport;
2. College Education degree Certificate/ diploma， and its Authentication， along with all of the supporting materials;
3. No Criminal Record certificate， and its Authentication， along with all of the supporting materials;
4. Working Experience Certificate，or Teacher’s Professional Certificates，and its Authentication along with all of the supporting materials（If you have one Professional Certificates）;
5. eight developed full-face photos of ID size with white background;
6. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION RECORD.
7. in order to open a bank account conveniently in China, the following are needed to bring: ID or driver license, and TIN (tax identification card and its number), or SSN (social security card and its number), or ITIN (individual taxpaper identification and its number), or ATIN (adoption taxpayer identification and its number), or PTIN (preparer tax identification and its number), or NINO (national insurance card and its number), or others documents such as : that can prove that the country of residence where the individual is resident does not issue INSs to its residents.
Notice:
The registration regulation in local police station or hotel is according to Chinese Exit and Entry Law.
1. Please update your flights and arriving time, so accommodation could be prepared and then register in the local police station in Shijiazhang within 24 hours after your arrival.
2. If you couldn’t arrive directly in your apartment in Shijiazhuang which HEBUST provides and you need to stay in somewhere, please register in hotel or local police station within 24 hours after your entry China, and keep the registration letter or receipt (which you can take a photo or make a copy), your travel tickets well (including air, train and coach tickets etc. ) to Shijiazhuang which are needed when register in the local police station in Shijiazhang. When you arrive in your apartment in Shijiazhuang, please register in the local police station in Shijiazhang within 24 hours after your arrival.
三、办理工作许可证和居留许可程序:
1. 外教到校后，入住公寓；在国际处签字《公寓安全管理规定》；办理中国境内手机号（用于办理易校园账户）；教学安排等将会给外教本人；复印护照信息页、护照签证页、护照入境章页各5份送至国际处；用人单位负责入住后24小时内办理派出所临住登记。
2. 外教到校3天内在指定地点体检（河北省旅行卫生保健中心，红旗大街409号-1号），工作日09:00前到，空腹，当日下午16:00可取结果，并送至国际处。
3. 之后办理工作许可证和理居留许可。
III: Process of Work Permit, and Residence Permit：
1). arriving: Sign the "Apartment Safety Management Regulations" in the international Department; Apply for a mobile phone number in China (for the e-campus account); Teaching arrangements will be given; 5 copies of passport information page, passport visa page, passport entry stamp page should be given to FAO; The concerned college is responsible for registering at the police station within 24 hours after check-in..
2): In 1-3 days after arriving, the Health Check should be done in person. Passport is needed. (Hebei Travel Health Care Center, No. 409-1 Hongqi Street). arrive before 09:00 on working days, on an empty stomach, the results can be obtained at 16:00 on the same day, and give it to FAO.
3): Then apply the Work Permit, then apply the Residence Permit in the Entry and Exit Bureau, and foreign teacher should go there in person with assistant. Passport is needed.
