On June 1st, the finals of the Hebei Division of the 11th National Youth Science Innovation Experiment and Works Competition, organized by the Hebei Association for Science and Technology, the Hebei Provincial Department of Education, and the Communist Youth League Hebei Provincial Committee, concluded successfully. All 99 teams recommended by our school won awards, including 24 first prizes, 26 second prizes, and 49 third prizes.

The 11th National Youth Science Innovation Experiment and Works Competition revolved around three major themes—"Intelligence, Safety, and Environmental Protection"—focusing on the application and popularization of cutting-edge scientific technologies in fields such as public safety and health. The competition assessed young participants' abilities to identify problems, solve them, and apply hands-on skills, inspiring and motivating a wide range of young students to engage in science popularization and practical innovation. It also promoted the dissemination of scientific thinking, spirit, methodology, and knowledge. In this year's Hebei Division, a total of 971 entries from universities across the province received awards.

Our school placed great emphasis on the organization and preparation for this competition. Through precise project orientation, expert-led training and guidance, simulated defense drills, and collaborative platforms between institutions and schools, we provided comprehensive support to nurture student projects. These efforts enhanced students' problem-solving abilities and led to a 52% year-on-year increase in awards. Moving forward, our school will continue to expand the "Science Innovation + Science Popularization" dual-innovation ecosystem, deepen the integration of knowledge and practice in sci-tech volunteer services, and strengthen the foundation of young people's belief in serving the nation through science and technology. This will contribute to cultivating a talent pool for China's self-reliance and strength in high-level scientific and technological development.
