【Good News】HEBUST Has Achieved Excellent Results in the 18th National College Student Chemical Engineering Design Competition “Tianzheng Design Cup”
The national finals of the 18th National College Student Chemical Engineering Design Competition “Tianzheng Design Cup”, hosted by the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China (CIESC) and China Education Association of Chemical Industry (CEACI), was held at Dalian University of Technology from August 16th to 22nd. A total of 3,685 teams from 450 universities in 7 competition areas across the country, involving nearly 19,000 people, participated in this competition. The team of “Shining Future” fromHEBUST once again won the first national prize. The list of winners of the second and third prizes will be announced in late September.
In preparation for this competition, the School of Chemical Engineering actively mobilized and organized students to participate, and held the “Muxing Lake Cup” Chemical Engineering Design Competition of HEBUST, recommending 21 entries for the national competition.
The National College Student Chemical Engineering Design Competitionentered the ranking list of National College Discipline Competition in 2018. And it is the most influential chemical engineering discipline competition for college students in China, playing a positive role in cultivating and enhancing students’ scientific research, innovation ability and team collaboration skills.
