HEBUST and Penn State University Holds a Joint Project on Android

“Hebei University of Science and Technology – Penn State Joint Practice Project on Android” began on May. 15,2017. Under the guidance of two teachers from HEBUST and one teacher from Penn State Abington respectively, along with nine students from Penn State Abington, and 12 students from HEBUST worked together to design the Android project and then finished the task. Through this kind of cooperation, it can not only improve the level of programming, but also enhance the exchange of knowledge between students.

The cooperation on “Joint Practice Project on Android” is the new initiatives for “Open Education” of the School of Information Science & Engineering, HEBUST. Besides this, the School of Information Science & Engineering has other cooperation measures with other universities and experts. For example, we held the “CCF academic exchange within University”. Through cooperation, it can not only improve the academic level of teachers& students, but also strengthen the cooperation of students, and broaden the international perspective of students.
