Our School Achieved Great Results in the 12th National College Student Market Research and Analysis Competition

On May 29th, the 12th National College Student Market Research and Analysis Competition hosted by the China Business Statistics Association came to an end at Jianghan University. Our school won 1 national first prize, 4 national third prizes, and 5 provincial first prizes in the postgraduate group; 2 national third prizes, 3 provincial first prizes, and provincial second prizes in the undergraduate group 5 items, 2 provincial third prizes.


The competition was launched in September 2021. A total of 815 colleges and universities across the country and nearly 180,000 students signed up for the competition. The competition is divided into three groups: specialist group, undergraduate group and postgraduate group. In the graduate group, 2,321 graduate teams from 289 universities across the country signed up for the competition, and in the undergraduate group, 146,000 students from 708 universities participated. A total of more than 300 graduate students and more than 700 undergraduates from our school signed up to participate in this competition. Through the competition, the students' awareness of research and analysis and data analysis ability were further improved, which opened up new ideas and approaches for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in our school.


The National College Student Market Research and Analysis Contest is a public welfare professional event for college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Based on the background of the era of big data, a service system integrating cross-strait interaction, academic exchanges, achievement transformation and teacher training will be created with the market survey and analysis competition as the core. The competition aims to guide college students to innovate and practice, improve their professional practical ability in organization, planning, investigation and implementation, and data processing and analysis, and cultivate students' sense of social responsibility, service awareness, market acumen and teamwork spirit.
