On October 16, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cross-border e-commerce coordinated development summit forum under the new development pattern of "double cycle" under the new development pattern of Hebei University of Science and Technology was held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei.

An Guofu, Director of the Committee for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs of the Hebei Provincial CPPCC; Chen Jin, Vice Chairman of the Educational Guidance Committee of the Ministry of Education of Higher Education; Dong Peng, Director of the Office of Foreign Affairs Committee, Peng Jidong, Director of Higher Education Division of Hebei Provincial Department of Education, Quan Qiheng, former Director of Foreign Trade Department of Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, and relevant leaders of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei universities attended the forum. The forum also invited leaders of relevant departments of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei government, well-known domestic experts and professors, directors of cross-border e-commerce platforms, and relevant scholars engaged in research in this field as special guests to share the theme. More than 100 representatives from universities, enterprises and related social organizations in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei participated in the forum.


This forum is organized by the Ministry of Education's E-commerce Professional Teaching Guidance Committee (referred to as the "E-commerce Education Steering Committee"), undertaken by our school, and co-organized by Beijing Union University, Tianjin University of Commerce, and Beijing Doctoral Guidance, focusing on the new development of "dual cycle" In the face of the complex and changeable international environment, how to identify the “pain points” of the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry and open up the industrial chain in response to strategic development opportunities such as the “Belt and Road” and the “Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RECP)” , Supply chain "blocking points", connecting "breakpoints", and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
