In the part of writing "Fu", Xu Yongzan taught the international students to write "Fu" on red paper by writing, moving and shaking their wrists. The international students praised again and again, and they all expressed that they felt the artistic charm of Chinese characters, rushed to participate in the writing process, and proudly displayed their works. During the dumpling making session, Yan Cuiying, Dean of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office (School of International Education), showed everyone the skills and techniques of filling, kneading, rolling, and making dumplings.
